General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
- The courier attempted multiple deliveries, and the package was not collected and returned to us.
- Items were used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at luvmarketllc@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.
To process your claim, you must include:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Claims without photos or submitted after the 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Eligibility (Non-Food Items Only)
If returning an eligible non-food item:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
