Do you offer catering services?
Yes, we do. We provide customized catering for a wide range of events, from small gatherings to large orders of hundreds or even thousands of items.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 11:00 AM on Mondays are processed and shipped on Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping times vary based on location. For full details, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

- The item arrives damaged or incorrect (requires a photo for verification).
- The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Claims without photos cannot be processed.

Please note:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- If the courier attempts delivery and the package is returned, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

We ship to most locations within the United States, except:

How do I place a pick-up order?
You can place a pick-up or custom order through the ‘PICK UP’ tab on our website. Only products listed in the ‘PICK UP’ catalog are eligible for pre-order and in-store pick-up.
Do you offer gluten-free and vegan products?
Not at the moment. We are actively working to make gluten-free and vegan options available soon.
